11 June 2021

Hi all,

We hope you've all had a great half term break!

In English, we have started looking at our new book - the explorer! We have made predictions about the story by looking at the front cover and also completed our first sentence stacking lesson of the half term. In maths we've been looking at types of angles and measuring angles using a protractor. We have also been looking at the human life cycle in science. Whilst looking at rivers, we've been locating rivers in the UK and in Greater Manchester.

PE is on a Thursday afternoon so can the children attend school in their PE kits on this day. We also have PE on Friday the 18th of June so please send your children into school in their PE kits on this day. After this PE will remain on a Thursday.
