Little Owls have started Autumn 2 with great enthusiasm and eagerness to learn. We have focused on different celebrations that have recently happened; Diwali, Halloween and Bonfire Night. We talked about how they are all celebrated, who celebrates them and if any of us celebrated them. We have created Diva lamps, made shape fireworks, painted fireworks, role played in our small world, sorted worms and spiders and wrote cards to friends and families. Everyone has been so busy and engaged it has been great to see.

Learning Hero

Each week we have a BLP Learning Hero, our Learning Hero is a child who has shown one or more of our 4 R learning powers (reciprocity, resilience, resourcefulness, reflectiveness).

This weeks Learning Heroes are George (AM) and Thiago (PM).

We have begun our Super Owl Challenges this week and have had a fantastic response. Elsie, Lennon, Cobey, Zahra, Amber and Anthony completed 3 challenges to get a certificate!

Well done to you all!
