We have had a busy week of learning and 2 special days to remember and celebrate. Remembrance Day and Children in Need. The children watched an animated age appropriate film and observed the silence on the 11th November. On Friday we wore Pyjamas and completed craft activities to focus on Children in Need.
In Maths we have continued building our understanding of the Part Whole Model. In English, we continue reading our new text and learnt about exclamation marks and persuasive writing. We are writing persuasive letters to the snail about whether he should go on an adventure or not. In phonics we are continuing to learn new and revise previously taught sounds and use those sounds to help us read and write. In Art, we designed our final piece and printed our design using a repeated or random pattern. In PSHE we looked at the qualities of a good friend.
