Hi everyone!

What an amazing start back to school! We have been very busy and very practical this week. In D.T, we have been designing and making our own fairground carousel rides using electrical circuits. In Science, we have been investigating forces and magnets. We planned and carried out two experiment to investigate magnetic materials and the strength of magnets.

In English, we have been continuing with our text 'Oliver Twist,' which we are loving! Next week we will be writing diary recounts from Oliver's perspective. In Maths, we have been learning about length and perimeter. This has involved converting units between millimetres, centimetres and metres. We will be continuing with this next week and looking closely at perimeter.

Swimming is on Monday.

P.E is on Thursday.

Catch up sessions will still continue next week alongside parent consultation meetings. Please return any slips to your child's teacher. :)
